Our crawlspace encapsulation was completed in a timely fashion with the highest level of professionalism and workmanship. The DryTec team also installed structural supports underneath our home to successfully correct minor settling issues, and the resulting improvements were immediately noticeable. Communications were transparent, and John kept us apprised of his team's progress every step of the way. These guys know their way around a crawlspace, and their experience is evidenced by the results they deliver. And unlike the all the bigger names in the business that everyone's familiar with, DryTec won't try to sell you something if you don't need it. Highly recommended.
Had a question about possible foundation issues. The big chains all recommended thousands of dollars of unnecessary repairs. DRYTEC actually found the problem, recommended a solution that fixed the issue. BTW the solution did not involve DryTech. They did not push unnecessary repairs.
An unusual experience in this time of big companies pushing unneeded and costly repairs. 5++ stars.
I called DryTec because I believed I had some foundation issues at my mother's house that needed to be addressed. John came out to assess the issues; he was incredibly honest and straightforward. Told me that it was all stable and normal settling and that I didn't need to have any foundation work done. He recommended that I hire a structural engineer just to confirm, which I will be doing. John was not interested in scaring me out of my money, which I know is a very popular tactic for some foundation companies. I greatly appreciate his knowledge and his time.
