The folks at Rome Radiology have done a great job taking care of me during my journey with Breast Cancer. They helped me work my way through the early stages of treatment and I am very grateful for their help.
Everything went well but I wish you had told me that I needed a referral from Urology before hand. I even called and asked and you said everything was good to go but afterwards I had to pay $88 out of pocket because you actually didn’t have a referral… not good business…
The girl who checked me in, while knowing her job, was dressed in a colored leotard, a pink tutu, clown makeup and bizarre colored hair. I almost turned around and walked out. It was completely unprofessional attire. I almost walked out. The other people were all fine .
