I walked in, (Williams Hair Co) no one paid attention, I waited for someone to give me information and help me to set an appointment but nobody seemed to care. Another person came in after some minutes and one of the people working in there went immediately to greet her. After that I just left. Horrible customer service.

I have never had a worse experience with getting a haircut. I go in with a long head of hair, and mine is thick with curl in the back. I took a picture too,. Now I have almost no hair!! A simple cut. Heather tried to help, but it was too late. I'm just horrified and nearly in tears. And I still had to pay for this mess!! Now I gotta wait for it to grow back out and hopefully it will style better. The girl new nothing about what she was doing and now I won't make that mistake again.
