Easily the best Heating and Air guy I've even had the pleasure to do business with. In a world full of people who say they will call you back and give you an update and then don't, or say they will start next week, and then don't. Richard is a man who does what he says and keeps in touch with his customers. He knows HVAC systems like the back of his hand and can answer any questions you have honestly and with no hidden costs. Our systems were poorly installed 7 years ago by the guy with the best price. One died and I called Richard because I had gotten to know him over the past 5 years as my customer and heard nothing but great things about his work. He came the same day, in the evening, diagnosed the problem, gave me choices and let me think about it. The next day I told him I wanted a new one. He gave me a great price and it was installed the next day. His son installed it and did a great job. Three generations in HVAC and good parenting created a really nice, knowledgeable and hard working young man. He went out of his way to do everything right and even corrected shortcuts that had been done on our other unit which, so far, is still running. We highly recommend Abrams Heating and Air.
