“Overall, the daycare was nice, clean, and provided a great experience for my child. Ross Learning Center truly helped set a strong foundation. My son has improved with talking more and recognizing his potty cues, and I appreciate the support they provided while we navigated getting him the assistance he needs.

The only issue that led to my decision to withdraw him was the owner’s attitude regarding my child’s behavioral challenges. I have always acknowledged that my son has behavioral issues, and I’ve worked diligently to collaborate with the center and seek professional help while we wait for a diagnosis. During our last interaction, I asked whether my son had continued biting another child because I agree that behavior is unacceptable and needed to be addressed. In response, the owner rolled her eyes and stated that he was “moving backwards.” That comment, along with a few previous interactions, left me feeling discouraged and unsupported.

I truly wish things could have worked out because the center did help my child in many ways. However, I ultimately felt that my son needed a more accommodating and understanding environment, so I made the difficult decision to withdraw him and homeschool until I can find a center better suited to support his needs.
