VERRY VERRRRRRY RUDE! l I asked a question about fixing my shoe. All she could do is nod her head which wasn’t giving me a direct answer so I asked her to explain because I genuinely wanted to know why she couldn’t fix the shoe. she left without saying excuse me came back with her husband, and he proceeded to yell and tell me he will not fix it! Not that they can’t they just won’t.

I will never use this cleaner again. I went on a Tuesday and asked the owner could I get this white two-piece dress suit cleaned by thursday. My husband picked it up on Friday afternoon late. When I got home from work the suit had blue spots in the back of the dress and it had no been ironed. The front part of the jacket where there's a trim was wrinkled as if someone balled it up. I took it back Saturday morning. The owner was very rude and said he'll rerun it to try to get the spots out of the back. I dropped off a white suit for alter and received suit back dirty. If it needed dry cleaning after alterations from stains they made it should have been cleaned as a courtesy. This is not the first issue I have had with this cleaners. A time before that it looked like the clothes hadn’t been cleaned or pressed. A time before that they closed for 3 weeks or more saying they were sick from coronavirus which I understood. Yet, still I was without clothes that I brought for a special event that I had to replace and was given no compensation once they reopened.
