The customer services was okay. I just don’t like when people do what they want instead of what you ask. I showed her a picture & told her I wanted my nails exactly like the photo. After she started doing my nails I complained they were too long & she said they would not be long after she shaped them. She continues myNails & they were still too long. I asked her why she didn’t shape them to the length I asked for & she said because it’ll look better long. The picture I showed her they were short & still looked good so I’m confused.. honestly, I asked for them short because of work so for her to do them long bc “It looks better” is absolutely absurd....read full review

I love getting my nails done at I always love you I've been going there ever since the first open over 15 years Kelly does Romeo's and she is the best I'm always happy with her work

I was placed in the pedicure chair to sit for almost a hour. So long the water became cold. After sitting there for that long with no mask and a bearier I was asked about a mask while other customers were there without one. They insisted I but their mask and I refused.
