Kassia'S Hair Braiding

It was two ladies and one of them their teenage daughter. I got there after 2pm and they were finished after 7pm. The older lady with the short hair most did the braiding, she was cool. But I did have to hold onto the front of my edges since I felt the braiding by one of the women tugging. Besides that it’s my 1st time, I had no issues.

I have used Kassia hair braiding for years and not once have I ever had a bad experience. They have always had great customer service and has never been anything but kind. They have same day appointments and they will remove your braids for a small fee. Can't beat their customer service.
