Tiny is horrible , but karma real !!! You want to charge people 1,000 for taxes who been coming to you for a minute. Then you RANDOMLY start acting funny , not being in office , doing cowardly moves, my letter never came ….. WHY cause tiny or Lameatria had my address wrong last year and this year. How do you get someone address wrong when you have there w-2 and kids school forms . She is careless and it has cost me not having my taxes up to now itz April 11. She tell lies and she put stuff on your taxes that don’t fly with irs. I have send her people that are very upset as well . LIES and POOR COMMUNICATION - supposedly submitted my 2020 documents. Refund never came and they ignored every communication attempt I made until the next tax season. I was then told that they guarantee that it was submitted again. Lied again, it was never submitted.
