He dropped everything to inspect my computer, told me the truth that my plug still worked instead of selling me something I didn't need. Then he welded part on sight-most places send it out and just tell you to order an entire mother board. This saved me money in the long run. Phi is very personable, knowledgable and immensely helpful, but slow as Phuck! he's very popular but he takes on too many jobs at once, some say the wait 6 months. As a former business owner I recognize that he is so busy doing the work this may be why he doesn't answer the phone or is not there exactly the hours posted on the door because he's at the warehouse. I've been going to Phi for a long time and I have always gotten all of my computer needs done in a timely manner. His prices are decent as well. My children like taking their electronics there too. He does a great job and he really knowledgeable about the electronics.
