This urgent care clinic is outstanding, with elite customer service and providers who really care about health and well-being. The team of medical professionals delivers prompt, thorough, and personalized care, ensuring a stress-free, positive healthcare experience. Patients report a quick, easy process from check-in, with a very polite and helpful receptionist making the sign-in process easy. The physicians and staff are patient, kind, very professional, and absolutely amazing. They take their time, explain everything clearly, and provide clear information. The care is excellent, fast, and reliable for minor illnesses or injuries, helping patients avoid long waits at emergency rooms. Services include x-rays, EKGs, physical exams, STD testing, weight loss, health wellness, labs done very quickly, and medical clearance. They take walk-ins and patients with no insurance. Many visits conclude in less than an hour. This is by far one of the best urgent care facilities, highly recommended to anyone.
Did not know this urgent care was right around the corner. We were happy with the professional timely service. The Dr. was very compassionate and made sure my mother in law was comfortable.
I arrived at this location seeking medical help after a car accident, and the customer service was outstanding. The receptionist was very polite, helpful, and made the check-in process easy. The physician, Mrs. Connie, was patient, kind, and very professional. She took her time, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood all the information. Overall, I received excellent care, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone in need of fast and reliable medical assistance.
Mrs.Connie is absolutely AMAZING! This is by far one of the best urgent care facilities I have ever went to quick easy straight to the point got clear information from all the staff and providers. Labs are done very quickly and I am having a rushed outpatient surgery and this facility offered all services for medical clearance.
