The staff at Benchmark 155 Medical Way, ste A was AWESOME. I had an experience with all of the PT'S on duty and they were caring and very knowledgeable of their job. I was able to get the proper physical therapy I needed. Even though pain don't go away overnight I was able to do the exercises without strenuous work. Kudos to the PT'S and front reception
I had the pleasure of working with Mariana Franz as my primary physical therapist after having surgery due to an injury. Instead of the one size fits all routine she used specific stretching and strengthening techniques for my particular condition to get me back on track. This has been a great help in my recovery. The entire staff is friendly and dedicated in the full recovery of their patients in the most genuine way but don't let their cool demeanor fool you they will also dish out tough love especially if an extra push is needed to get you back to how you were before having to come see them. I appreciate how attentive my therapist was. She listened to my issues and addressed them with me in a matter that was clear for me to understand. I did not feel rushed, or unheard. Thank you.
