They are clean and do good work. However appointments don’t seem to matter. I know occasionally other services will run over however this is the 4th time I have had to wait at least 1/2 hour past appt which backs me up for other appointments that day.

By far the best nail salon. Jenny, Holly, and the rest of the staff are absolutely incredible. I always had so much anxiety at nail salons because they always were so intimidating and seemed rushed, but everyone here is so kind. They make every experience a great one. All of them take their time with your nails and take good care of you. If you don’t like something, they make it so easy and comforting to speak up. They change it/fix it with no issue at a. They truly just want you to be happy. I will never go to another nail salon. I could rave about them everyday. Thank you guys for being so amazing in every way possible. I really like the lady who runs this place, she is super sweet and very detail oriented. My only problem is with the man.... I've had to pedicures from him and they were lacklaster at best. The one I just got he didn't do anything to remove callouses, no foot massage. Charged me $35 when the sign said $30 and then the polish has already chipped two days later. It just seemed like I was an inconvenience to him and that's not how I want to feel during the one bit of me time I get every two weeks. I'll continue to go here, but I will request someone else from now on.
