Absolutely great people to work with. Came out at midnight on interstate 75 and towed us in. JR is a great employee for them, took extra time to make sure everything was done right. Fast service very efficient and super careful of our motorhome. Highly recommend.
Thank you all so very much for helping my brother today! My brother drives a semi truck. He was headed to Florida with a load when he started having problems with his rig. He sat for a half day at Peterbuilt with the understanding they had the part and the time to fix it. 2 o'clock in the afternoon they tell him it's not gonna happen and they don't have the part. We found the part ourselves at Premier Trucking off exit 350. On our way we see Yates Towing at exit 348 (Ringgold) we stop in unannounced to ask if they could help us. Yes!!! They took the time to help a stranded trucker 100s of miles from home! It took them 1 hour and the cost of the repairs were very reasonable!...read full review
