The entire staff collaborates well together to set and maintain effective and flexible dates for therapy. Matt is exceptional at identifying the issues. Chelsea works diligently to get appointments that fit into my schedule. Stephanie was phenomenal at listening to my concerns and then adopting exercises to meet my specific needs. Thank you to each one for getting me more active and understanding pain management.
I have been going to this location since February of this year. Over the last 4 months, everyone at this location has made me feel very welcomed. I feel as though my care is truly catered to me and the physical therapists actually take the time to ensure they are meeting your needs. In the days I come in with more pain we adjust the care plan accordingly. They have helped me gain back a lot of my independence and reduce my daily pain.
Because I had just had back surgery a few weeks before my first visit, and my pain level was at a 7 when I showed up for visit I was worried about PT being to much. But Matt was very easy with me and I was satisfied with my first visit.
