Melanie is the best! I've been seeing her for over a year and even transferred from a different office to keep having sessions with her. She is kind, understanding, and is an amazing listener. I've had a hard time finding a good therapist in the past, but she has made me enjoy and actually benefit from therapy again.Thanks, Melanie, you rock!

I have been going to Vitality and seeing Abby Smith. I have nothing but wonderful things to say. She is wonderful! I am so thankful to have found her. Everyone is very polite and welcoming

My teen goes here so that he can have someone outside of the family, a male mentor, as he goes through his transition into a teenager. Sometimes young men need to be taught skills to manage their emotions and retrain their thought patterns than govern their choices. Those skills have to be taught. Justin Trifon is excellent with my teen. We are seeing results at home with our sons decision making skills and his overall respect for us as parents.
