Tru-Steam carpet was wonderful! It was easy to book an appointment and the staff member I spoke to on the phone was very nice. The technician, RJ, was very professional. He arrived on time and cleaned my carpets thoroughly within an hour and offered advise on how to get them to dry more quickly. When he learned that I had accidentally overpaid because I thought hallways counted as rooms, he offered some additional services so I would get my money's worth. I really appreciated that. For those who don't know, Tru Steam does not charge extra for hallways, but they do for the odor removing enzyme. Tru-Steam did a great job. We needed rugs cleaned quickly. Even though they were booked solid, Tru-Steam squeezed us in. The tech arrived on time, was polite, friendly, and professional. He was thorough and careful. Excellent results. Their system dries quickly and the enzyme treatment removed pet odor. I'd give them an extra star if I could!

Highly Recommend Tru-Steam. Excellent service, responsive, on time, professional and great value. We had all of our upstairs done, stairs, grout cleaned in bath and sectional couch cleaned also! The technician was very kind & felt comfortable & safe having him in our home! All looks fabulous! Thanks so much!
