If I could give 10 stars, I would. The best patient care I have ever experienced at a dental office. Caring and friendly staff/hygienists/assistants. I experienced a dental emergency and Dr. Taylor treated me with urgency and care and provided prompt referral to endodontist.

I didn't have any insurance, and was on a tight budget. I was looking for someone to help me with an infected wisdom tooth quickly. Dr. Richard Taylor & his team were quick to get me the help I needed. They provided me with immediate help at a low cost.However, they referred me to an oral surgeon Dr.Patel in rincon, who wanted over 1,000 to pull my wisdom tooth with no insurance. As for him and his office,I do not recommend this oral surgeon. Not only is it extremely costly, it wasn't a very friendly atmosphere, nor did I feel like he cared about the pain I was in at all. New patient: Absolutely loved my experience with Dr. Taylor and his entire staff. They got me in on an emergency visit. It was quick and efficient. He knows his stuff and referred me to an endodontist. They got me scheduled and in with endodontist that same day. Entire experience from start to finish was amazing. This was the first time in my life that I felt respected and heard by a dentist. I left in tears of relief with zero anxiety. Thank you to Dr. Taylor and his staff for everything! I will be a returning patient at this practice.
