I spoke with Alex ( the owner) about removing a few walls, and moving a sink. He was very nice. He said they remove a lot of walls. Once they even removed 13 load bearing walls on the 3rd floor of a building. He was interested in giving a estimate. He agreed to meet me and my realtor at the house at certain time and day. He was a no show and no call. Didn’t return multiple calls or texts. Not returning calls or texts, and being a no show, no call, are not good qualities of a professional businessman. One Star Alex is his what I call him now.
