Our water heater died Monday morning. I called JB Plumbing for help. Kelley was setting up the appointment when's I told her we were expecting a baby in the next 48 hours she said someone would be right out to check on the issue.
Within two hours JB Plumbing was at the house working on our water heater. Unfortunately the water heater needed to be replaced - the water heater was actually 20 years old. Jay and his team got everything fixed up for us be the end of the day.

After deciding I lacked the technology and know how to fix what I had broken, I called a plumber who showed up hours late, broke more pipes and ran out leaving me waterless. It was around 5 pm and I thought I was screwed at this point. Luckily I found JB Plumbing, called and spoke with Heather, she was quick to contact her people, laid out my options (Cost Saving Options), and had Randy at my house in no time. Randy was on point, listened intently, asked relevant follow up questions to ensure we were on the same page and got the job done in no time! I plan on using JB Plumbing in the future and want to say THANKS A MILLION HEATHER AND RANDY FOR A JOB WELL DONE!

Bailey Brooklyn Plumbing was assigned by my home warranty company to repair toilet leaks in two of my bathrooms. Even though I had to call them a second time due to a continuing leak in one of the bathrooms, the service was prompt, professional, and very customer-focused. The only difficulty I encountered was the inability to get anyone at their office to call me back. I left several voicemails and even referred one of my neighbors to them but neither of us received callbacks. Fortunately, I had the plumber's mobile number. If I hadn't had his number, I fear they would only be getting 1 star from me.
