I had an appointment setup for a computer diagnostic and never got a call from them at appointment time. I called the next afternoon and got a voicemail, left a message and never heard back from them. I f they call me, I would consider editing this review.

This location is a dropoff only, called to ask for a simple test on my equipment, they said no problem. I arrived at location to find this is a dropoff only, and would have to either wait for pickup or go to Savannah for service.

Edit: Joel, the CEO reached out to me directly, he respectfully wanted to resolve my issue. Not really any way to resolve this in my eyes, however their dedication to happy clientele has earned a better review in my eyes.

I contacted Computer Solutions after dealing with the Geek Squad for several days. They came to my office and got me up and connected within a matter of hours. They continued to work on the issues around my need to work to completely correct all of my computer issues and there were many. They are cordial, competent, and diligent to completely correct the issues. I will recommend them to all of my clients. Thanks Computer Solutions (Joel, Megan) for all you have done to return my computer to me in a wonderful operating condition.
