I had such a great experience with Cassidy and can’t recommend her enough. I have a very difficult cat who does not handle grooming well, so I was extremely nervous about the whole process. Cassidy was incredibly patient and took the time to walk me through everything step by step, which really helped ease my anxiety. She was calm, kind, and clearly very experienced with cats that aren’t the easiest to work with. My cat ended up looking amazing, and the whole experience was far less stressful than I expected. It’s obvious she truly cares about the animals she works with and wants both the pet and owner to feel comfortable. If you have a nervous or difficult cat like mine, Cassidy is absolutely the person to call!
Shae is so sweet and gentle to my little disabled boy. He loves her and doesn’t get as anxious as he would if it was a normal grooming place. Love the mobile option and the flexibility it provides. I will never go another groomer.
