Dr. Kirkman and the front desk staff are fantastic. Their phones and system were down, but they were still on top of it and so kind throughout the entire process.I came in with quite a few concerns and Dr. Kirkman addressed every single one of them and gave me the time to voice my concerns. If there was something she didn’t have the resources to solve, she referred me to the person who could. I am so happy to have found her and transferred to her care.

Dr Kirkman is absolutely the best! She is kind and very knowledgeable. She listens to understand and made me feel like my health was a priority. The entire staff there in Richmond Hill are not only friendly they also care about the patients. I highly recommend this practice. ?

It’s always a positive and welcoming experience when I visit Dr. Lake and his entire team. They all take the time to engage in meaningful conversations in which they are getting to know us beyond the reason for the visit which in some aspects gives them insight on how to best assist us. They value the whole person in which it make me feel each visit that I am getting and being handle with extreme care!!! Thank You Dr. Lake and your team, may God continue to cover and bless you, your team and each of your families!!!!
