I got a haircut at the Sports Clip in Pooler Ga and the person cutting my hair did such a terrible job and she did not listen to me. I went to the Sports Clip in Richmond Hill GA, and I had such a positive experience, it was like night and day. Akasha Burdine listened to me explaining how badly my hair was cut in Pooler, and she listened to exactly what I wanted, communicated very well with me and did a GREAT job on fixing my hair. After losing my stylist, Victoria to retirement I needed to find another. I checked into the 1909 E Victory location in Savannah. Lisa was going to cut my hair. She nailed it! Exactly how I wanted it. She even trimmed and shaped my beard. After about a month,I checked in again with Lisa,she cut and styled my hair like the first visit. Checked in another month later and Lisa was gone. I was informed that she had transferred to the 9120 Richmond Hill,Ga location. Phew! Thought I lost another great stylist. I originally met Lisa here at the Richmond Hill location, visited her a few times at the Victory location, and am very pleased that she is back here at Richmond Hill!
Lisa's attention to detail is superb. She listens very closely, asks clarifying questions when things are not clear, and delivers consistent results every time. She communicates very professionally and creates a friendly atmosphere in the store that makes me look forward to seeing her again. On top of that, she is very knowledgeable about the products being sold up front and has recommended me a shampoo that I am very pleased with and a wax pomade that I am also very pleased with.
