John has been very helpful with my infestation situation. I noticed a huge improvement after just the first session. He gave me tips and helped me figure out what the problem was from. He kept me informed on what he was doing and what he was using. He also lets me know he’s only a phone call away if I have any questions or if I see anything out of the ordinary.
