I wish I knew the two ladies names who did my nails today. I came in around lunch time as a new customer and left so happy with the result! I live about 40 mins away and will definitely make the drive from now on to this nail salon. Super friendly staff , being pregnant in this heat around this time of year is miserable so I like that they offered water to the customers (:

I decided at the last minute Friday afternoon to get a pedicure and fill in for my nails. I had been out of town recently and had them done and was not very happy with them. I walked into Nova and was blown away with the remodel and the beautiful, clean place! I did not have to wait at all and went right in and had someone start on my spa pedicure and within minutes another tech was working on my nails. It was a great experience and I will make this my go to from now on.

My experience was interesting. I needed my nails taken off and an overlay added. I made an appointment the day before online and went in the next day. The nail tech I made the appointment with was seeing someone else at my appointment time and she looked confused when I said I had an appointment with her. I was told that the other techs were late due to inclement weather conditions and traffic. The tech I made the appointment with never acknowledged me after this point and someone else came to get the process started. I waited about 45 minutes and then Le came in with other techs. Le was my super hero she apologized for my wait and delivered quick and excellent service....read full review
