I brought my favorite cocktail dress to Gloria Alterations to have the padding in the bust area adjusted.
The alteration was done quickly and professionally, and I was very happy with the result. Most of all, the owner was kind, welcoming, and always greeted me with a warm smile, which made the entire experience very pleasant.

This woman of alterations business was kind, courteous, and patient. I am losing weight and do not want to get rid of all my clothes. I explained that and asked her would she take up my clothes after I lose weight and she was courteous and polite and treated me with respect. There are some dresses that you don't want to give away when you lose weight just altar them. So Richmond hill has a gem with this business and this owner.
