Robin is the epitome of customer service which is why we chose Carpet Store Plus after getting quotes from 3 different stores... We were facing a very stressful situation due to water damage and had to move out of our home for hardwood floors to be removed and replaced throughout. We purchased a home and wanted to replace the carpeting in the bedrooms with hardwood that would match the rest of the house. Robin was able to find us an almost perfect match. The installers did a wonderful job and were able to install without a transition. I would highly recommend them.
