I am a former patient and left because of the staff being very immature and unprofessional. From the front desk people who literally whisper under their table about patients when they think nobody is waiting to check out to the dental hygienist who no longer wants to clean a whole family's teeth due to unknown reasons which is so unprofessional since it's unrelated to her job. The least they can do is call the patient ahead of time to let them know of the switch so that the patient knows who will be cleaning their teeth. BEWARE!! I had 2 insurances that double paid for my family's cleanings. I called the insurance company and they said the $600 credit was mine. Instead the office manager Tonyah Rogers argued it wasn't! So she changed the contracted fee amount to be higher fees and stole my credit! I know how this works because I've processed dental insurance claims for years! The dentist agrees to the fees that are contracted so it's unethical to go in and change them taking peoples money.
