Livonia was very through and professional, explained everything to us as she seen it without delay , answered every question as expected with her experience.....took her time throughout the whole inspection, very kind and was courteous with the sellers as well. Sent report promptly and it was very well written to understand. Would recommend this company,highly satisfied with her findings.
Lavonnia was able to complete my inspection as a last-minute request, and she did a very thorough job. She called me while still onsite to let me know her major concerns and she had the report completed and sent to me in less than 24 hours. She was also able to explain to me in layman's terms what some of the issues were. This was my second time using her services and I will always use her she is excellent at what she does, and you can feel confident in your purchase with her inspecting things.
