“I just want to say they have gained a permanent Customer in me. I’m getting my nails done for date night, and I was letting the girl know that that’s why I was getting my nails done. It was a certain kind of red that I wanted, and after the color dried on my nails, I hated it. I told one of the girls doing my feet that I didn’t like it and laughed it off, but I said that’s OK. But she let me know their main goal is to make sure that I’m happy and that they would fix it. I was gonna be OK with walking out of there And not causing them any trouble but she let me know that I was not being in trouble and I deserve to be happy on my date night. Customer care is not dead. They did their big one!“

Requested style: I like for the acrylic nails to go all the way to the cuticle of my finger. Mindy was able to cover the entire nail so that it looks more natural and did not leave a space between the nail and skin of my finger at the bottom of the nail.

Cleanliness: Needs a little more cleaning on the desk and sign-in tablet. There should be some hand sanitizer to use after you sign in on the tablet.

“Open early on Sundays. Polite on the phone. Greeted with a smile and a water upon entry. I had no wait, gel pedicure was done right and efficiently. Clean comfortable environment. Only wanted for my technicuan to take her time a bit more on my pedicure so it could feel more relaxing and less sped up. I'll be returning, thank you!“

Pricing is affordable and has been consistent. I don't understand why these places don't publicly display prices.“
