The staff was great, answered any and all questions I had, displaying their knowledge! It’s almost like they were glad to be there, with a smile and eagerness to see that I had the best experience possible! The nurse on duty called me back to an exam room, with the smile and the same great attitude! My appointment was with Sherry May NP, she with the same smile, knowledge and eagerness to help! We talked about why I was there that particular day, and how the Practice could do for me in the future, as far as having some test done that I actually need to get taking care of! I've been going to Optim for years, all the providers are very nice and willing to listen to what is going on and all of the nurses and staff have always been great as well! Highly recommend!
Polite easy and fast in and out and also mrs sherri listens to you shes juat not there like other doctors ive seen shes great the people there are awesome!!! I wouldnt go none where else
