AC hasn’t been very efficient lately and had it inspected turns out no mastic was used and no plentum box was built even though my invoice says I paid for the box. They just sheet metaled the duct straight to the coil. Limiting the air flow. They used no mastic and tape is coming off. I called the company they lied and said they would be here this morning but no show. When I texted them they said it was the builders problem because he paid in full. They are not going to warranty anything they said.
I have used this company for many years an have found them to be very good at all of what they have done for my family .I would recommend them to anyone who needs this service. I have sent many customers to them because of what and how they do it . They are very Customer Focused !!!!
Been using company for over 15 years. He has installed several units for me, my mom and rentals. Saved us many uncomfortable nights by showing up right away. Fair prices and great service. Can’t say enough good things about the company.
