We were on our way back to Jacksonville, FL coming from visiting family in Tennessee. Our vehicle broke down off an exit in Valdosta, GA. Not a fun way to end our beautiful 3-day weekend. But, the owner Sidney and 2 guys showed up, all in separate trucks. They were very nice and professional. It was Tim's first day working for Sidney's Tow business. And let me tell you, he was the best. We hitched a ride with him. His driving was excellent and he was super nice. We were very pleased. A very comfortable ride home. Thank you guys sooo much.
My daughter was stranded and after trying to get AAA to assist I desperately called and Cindy answered. She was compassionate, understood a mother's concern and went out of her way to offer assistance. She even followed up in the afternoon to see if my daughter was alright. I would certainly call this towing service for quick and efficient service.
Friday night at about 6pm. Showed up to pickup location in under an hour. Very polite and professional. Did not offer military discount. Operator answered my call promptly and was exceptionally pleasing to speak to. Also for a 15 minute drive to the drop off I was charged $127.50. A reasonable price in my experience.
