Veterans Home Proof is amazing. Will, the owner, is professional, thorough, and personable. He takes the time to explain what he is doing and answers every question completely. Most of all, and most importantly, we do not have kind of pest problems due to Will's work. I have tried many other pest control companies but Will and Veterans Home Proof is by far the best.

We have been dealing with rodents! The company came out and did an amazing job! But six months later the same critters came back a.k.a. rats made an appointment to get it fixed maybe settlement later! The owner whoever was in charge told me they would be here at said time so I took off work to be there early so that I could show him where the activity was! He didn't tell me I'm on another appointment I'm not gonna be able to make it! So half-day pay I'm not getting for nothing! Then he tells me I'll come the next day so I take the whole day off no show he's got another appointment! So then my elderly mother gets involved for whatever reason and calls him and he says he's scared of her and will not come back! She's literally on one leg and in her 80s she suffers from early stage dementia, and maybe say some stuff that is not appropriate I get it! Contacted the company no answer contacted the company again. No answer contacted the company again. No answer finally I get an answer. He said I didn't feel comfortable being around whoever I was talking to which I get! But then I reached out to veterans whatever the name is, and explained the situation after being ignored 5 to 6 7 times then finally one day I called him and he said I'm on the way so again I take off work which pays me my bills again a no-show so I call him hey what's up and he tells me I'm on the way, but I haven't even set up an appointment! So I was like that's weird but OK but again no show I DK what to do
