Have a daylight residential basement apartment for my dad. Called Gary about grinding the concrete floor and sealing with urethane. Gary took the time to explain the process, had his partner look at and quote the job within a couple of days. Four days after that the work commenced and was finished in half the time quoted. Meanwhile four other contractors I asked to bid on the job haven't called back.
I highly recommend Gary's service. Job looks great. Price was reasonable. The process was timely.
