They broke normal procedure to help me out and do a same-day delivery. Customer service was top-tier communication the whole way through and the arrangement ended up being beautiful. Thanks again.

I am SO blessed to have come across this company. I was in desperate need of a large size bow for a Christmas present. I called and Kaci immediately picked up and was so pleasant. I explained that I had called all around looking for a bow for my children’s new car and couldn’t find anything. Kaci immediately jumped to help me. She was so excited to help me, she made the beautiful bow AND THEN drove it half way between her and I to meet me so I didn’t have to drive as far. She was truly a Christmas blessing!! I am so grateful to have come across this company and hope everyone uses her!!
