My daughter, a college student was driving from Atlanta to Tallahassee and had a flat tire. We are military and live in Hawaii. She had just came to see us for spring break but when it was time to go back she flew into Atlanta and had to drive to Tallahassee. To our surprise, she didn't have a spare tire. We have AAA, so we called a tow truck to come out and take her to a tire replacement place. Well, he came out, and went to the tire replacement place and of course........it was closed. We were in a pinch, and Andrew came and made sure we were completely taken care of. Went way beyond and gave us great advice about where to take the car to and what sides of town were best for our situation. Amazing service and very good at his job. Great company.
they came to us with excellent customer service, and went above and beyond to help us when we were in severe need of help. When no other tow company’s were willing to help us Mike Wells tow company stepped up and showed us what real customer care is like, even well after they’re closing time Mike continued to stay with us, making sure we were settled in a comfortable environment. He then even continued to ask if we needed to go and get any supplies, and provided us transport to the store to get the things we needed, along with then dropping our truck off at the dealership.
