Very happy with the service. Cindy took my calls and was so kind and friendly. The driver was a nice dude and got to us faster than expected.Hopefully I never need them again, but if I do I’m glad to know they are out there.
Very friendly and helpful. I had a long and painful process with my insurance company prolonging the payment but the towing company was very patient and communicated with me well throughout the situation. When I was finally able to get my car removed by then, they towed it to my house quickly and communicated well by calling and sending picture of my car. I hate that some people leave bad reviews because of similar situations with their insurance companies as if it’s the towing company’s fault. They are just doing their job and have nothing to do with that. I appreciated their friendliness.
I had to get my car towed from one mechanic to another. There was a slight problem and the first place couldn't find the key. The tow truck driver was very understanding and just said to call back when they replaced the key. I did and they were right on it. I didn't even have to be there. It was all done over the phone. The price was a little bit higher than I had paid for similar tows but considering the service, I was ok with that. Will def use them again.
