I was charged 85.00 diagnostic fee which was supposed to be subtracted from the service fee. I had a 18.00 switch put in the door of my dryer which took 10 minutes for the tech to install. He charged me 291.00 dollars for the repair plus the 85.00 diagnostic fee. I feel I was overcharged and will not use this company again. They do not have their own repair people but contract out the work.

I called and had some questions! 1. Are you located in Perry answer was no2. Where are you located ? Answer, sir what do you want in a very rude voice !!!!!!!!!!I told him to forget it and hung up !!I don’t need them ! The way he talked told me everything about this so called company!

Guy showed up on time. Charged us $185.00 and didn't fix the stove door. Said we needed some parts. "I thought that is why you call a repair person repair or replace things" The company was advised on what make of electric stove we have. They did show up on time but couldn't fix the oven door. You may want to make sure they know how to repair or replace something before you contact this company. Not reccomended. The also sub out repairs to different repair guys. They don't directly work for the people you call.
