As the name states it is open 24 hours seven day a week. You receive a pass card as long as your paid up. Only you are authorized to enter. Bring some one in with you could mean $25 additional payment per violation. There are family plans available. Towels are available. You are ask to sanitize equipment after use. Paper towels and sanitizing lotion available. Free weights, weight machines, stationery bicycles, tread mills, and etc. Most has showers and tanning rooms available. Membership can be used in any 24/7 facility. Facility are clean and staff friendly. It's advised to use spotter on heavy weight. Music is played over speaker system.
