Needed a last minute hair cut and had the BEST experience and received the BEST haircut from Michael! He was not only so kind and sweet, he had such great attention to detail and walked me through every step of the process, what he was doing, how much hair he was going to cut off, and the best ways to keep my hair healthy after the cut without trying to push too many products. THANK YOU MICHAEL, I will be back!
This particular branch does not greet customers and nor do the employees ask if you need assistance. I gave them 5 minutes to see if I would be approached. Therefore, I went to Sephora up the street, received 5 stars treatment and from there invested in them with my hard earned money. How you treat your customers determines their loyalty towards your company.
The store was clean, the items were stocked appropriately on the shelves and from a distance I witnessed fast quick service checkout (there were barely any customers inside on a random a Wednesday).
The staff here is always friendly and attentive. And the shining star is stylist Abbie. A true professional, she has that special talent that will have you looking like a million bucks. Most notable is her skill with short hair. It's a long drive for me to have Abbie style my super short cut. It's 100% worth every mile! Also important is Abbie's punctuality and warm, welcoming persona. What a gem!
