Since starting training, I have been working with both a shoulder & knee injury. All trainers have been diligent to ensure that I still get a good workout while accommodating for the injuries.
I have been going twice a week for almost 6 months, and really notice a difference in muscle tone and overall strength. I love that it only takes 20 minutes which goes by so fast. The trainers they have are very knowledgeable and adjust for any concern areas. I look forward to the sessions, especially with Dayfa who makes it allot of fun!
I have been working with my Trainers, Davye & Matt for 4 months and can really see the difference in both muscle tone and strength.It the 1st time in many years that I actually enjoy going to exercise. I love the relaxing atmosphere and the special attention and coaching I receive. It is definitely worth the price.
