Varick and Javier did an excellent job today. I found them to be very professional and competent. I would strongly recommend them to anyone needing remediation and mitigation services.
Zach and Chris were absolutely amazing! They were efficient and respectful, answered all my questions, and did a fantastic job. If you ever have water damage they are the ones to call.
We woke up on the weekend to a busted pipe in the ceiling of our finished basement. We had a plumber come out on a Saturday on short notice to repair and stop the leak, but unfortunately, we needed immediate water remediation. They were kind to refer a company to assist. Property Medics called Us on a Sunday to schedule an assessment and Claude Smith came out the same afternoon to look at it. He called in a crew immediately to begin the demo work to expose the wet area so we would not incur any mold issues. This crew did a fabulous job! Particularly, Zach Vasquez and his assistant, Cris, arrived at 4:20 pm and stayed until the work was completed at 9:30 pm, on a Sunday... read full review
