Chanel, was not kind from the start. She text me the wrong directions and when I got lost she doubled down by saying it's simple instructions. The confusing text message that only needed to say when you get to the second floor, take a left and then a right after the bathrooms snd the room will be on your left. Secondly, she plays loud music throughout the procedure not considering her client. Thirdly I just would like to say she did a great job on the first application... however, on the touch up, the Lashes began to fall off the very next day. When I contacted her about it she ignored me. Her vibe is never friendly. I wouldn't recommend this place for services.
