Every person I spoke with was professional and courteous. Leona is an excellent PA. She is knowledgeable and friendly. She is very easy to talk to about my health concerns. Highly recommend!

I recently had my cholesterol checked and it was really high. As I approach the age of 58, it was a huge wake up for me and I know I have to get my health back on track. I reached out to EPM and from the very first interaction, I knew I found a reputable, professional medical practice. I had a tele health appointment with Leona and she was incredible! Leona was thorough and did not rush me at all. She really dug into my health history and explained why I was feeling the way I am. Leona came up with a customized plan specific to my issues. This was my first appt for lab work. I felt very welcomed from the front desk and during the lab work. The staff made you feel like they truly wanted to understand how you were feeling, and had a desire for you to feel better
