I have used Brightree since 2011. I was the person who learned the system and trained all of our staff on. I do the training for new staff as well as any new updates and corrections that need to be done.

Brightree offers a "collection" service which is nothing more than them sending out letters, yet we have to pay a lot of money for this service and then on top of that, Brightree takes a portion of the money if any is collected. We may as well go back to sending out our own because then we are getting 100% of the money that is collected without having to pay a fee again.

Absolute worst company! Do not use them. We have had a credit of over $1K that they refuse to refund. Its been almost a year of us trying to get the money sent back. The lack or professionalism is unbelievable. We have left countless messages and have been told countless lies. They do not even deserve the one star.

It's a great system except for the fact at least once a day it bogs down and is so slow I can't get any work done. And the insurance eligibility is hit and miss, seems more miss lately.
