I've never been treated so kindly and hospitably by a place that I would initially think would be scary and intimidating to approach and consult. My case manager Elsa was a phenomenal person to talk to and discuss my case with and I'm genuinely blown away by how thoughtful, caring and detailed Brauns Law was with filling out my case, they really paid attention to every detail I mentioned and didn't undervalue or neglect anything I mentioned to them.
