We’ve used Trinity for many many years with both our houses. Service is always good and technicians on time. We bought both of our heat pump units from Trinity and have been well satisfied with the performance, especially with our American Standard unit. It’s now quite old but works like a charm.
Mr. J. Johnson , Geat customer service and prompt. He also was very polite and knowledgeable. On August 28th, he replace the capacitor for the condenser fan motor. He took pictures and showed me what he had inspected and cleaned. On today's date, he replaced and installed a new thermostat, and cleaned the drain.
I look forward to his service again.

Our A/C went out in the Friday before Labor Day. We called several other companies and could only leave messages on voicemail. It got so late on Friday that we gave up and tried to get some sleep in a 82° house. When we called Trinity on Saturday morning a real person answers the phone and helped us. We were so relieved that we could schedule an appointment on a Saturday, and on a holiday weekend.
