Smart and Simple Nutrition is amazing. I would highly recommend to anyone needing guidance with building a healthy lifestyle, lean muscle mass and bone health.
Andrea listened to all of my concerns, and addressed each one separately. She came up with a plan for meals, exercise and suggestions to help me with perimenopause symptoms I was experiencing. The weekly group meetings provide information that will make a healthy lifestyle sustainable.
I’ve worked with Smart and Simple off and on for a couple of years now, and it has always been a great experience. Andrea and her team are knowledgeable, encouraging, and effective. They have helped me find ways to tweak my day-to-day nutrition habits so that they become (or remain) sustainable. But more importantly, I believe I’ve had a significant shift in my attitudes and beliefs about healthy eating. Working with Andrea has been amazing. The group work helps to keep a constant touchstone. Her individual attention helps to hone your nutrition plan to meet your specific needs. Andrea is extremely knowledgeable, and also helps with applying that knowledge in a doable way. I have had great personal success through her program and it does feel like it will be sustainable because she helps to make long lasting habit and lifestyle changes.
