Regal Nails, Salon & Spa is a wonderful location that is absolutely amazing. The service is great and the staff is spectacular, very sweet, and wonderful. They are good listeners, truly care for the customer, and give the attention you desire with great care and patience. The place is really clean. Prices are good and fair. Customers report fantastic results, with nails and color that stay on and last awhile. The acrylics are lovely. Many highly recommend this spot, especially for acrylics and pedicures, and look forward to coming back. Overall, experiences are rated a 10/10.
I came a couple of months back at the last minute because I was getting an oil change and was short on time. I usually don't come here but this was my first time and my last time. One thing that I noticed is that they absolutely did not clean some of the tools that they used on my feet. Thank God I didn't get any illnesses or anyone's foot fungus. I would never ever come here again.
The lady in charge at Regal Nails Peachtree City location pretends to always have a smile on her face, but in reality she is a manipulator! Alot of us women just need self care & want to come and get pampered sometimes, and not have to worry about being scammed, or talked about in their foreign language. She makes up her own prices, increasing the price each visit and overcharges for services. Never again! 😡
It seems very dangerous for her to cut my cuticles while looking far away. It seems difficult for her to clean my cuticles. I asked her to cut my cuticles several times, but she ended up talking to another employee next to me in her language, which I found unpleasant. Her skills seem very lacking, as she also makes the shape of my nails look ugly.
Eventually, after 5 days, almost all of the gel manicures started to peel off. When I went back on the 10th day and told her that they were peeling off, she just kept saying that it was almost 14 days.
